Mob sets suspected motorcycle thief ablaze in Benue

An unidentified man was burnt to death by an angry mob while allegedly attempting to steal a motorcycle in Makurdi, the Benue State capital. The incident reportedly happened at about 12:45 pm, on Friday, December 4, around Auto 360, Gboko Road.  It was gathered that the suspect allegedly shot a commercial motorcyclist in an attempt to snatch his motorcycle but the bullet didn’t penetrate his body. Other motorcyclists in the area pursued and caught the suspect along Gboko road and set him ablaze. The post Mob sets suspected motorcycle thief ablaze in Benue appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
