States spurned constitution on money related self-rule, says Malami board

The Presidential Implementation Committee on Financial Autonomy of State Legislature and Judiciary has said most states spurned established arrangements on money related self-sufficiency for different organs and offices of government.

The board of trustees, which was led by a previous Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mr Abubakar Malami, presented its report to President Muhammadu Buhari in Abuja on Tuesday.
